Mr. Kazi Md. Mainuddin Sayem has joined IFAD Motors Ltd., Royal Enfield Division, as Chief Operating Officer (COO). With over 18 years of leadership experience in sales and marketing, he brings strong expertise in accelerating business growth, expanding market presence, and leading digital transformation initiatives.
Prior to joining IFAD Motors Ltd., he served as Director, Sales & Marketing at Heidelberg Materials Bangladesh PLC and as Director at Perfetti Van Melle Bangladesh PLC, and has held key roles at Nestlé Bangladesh PLC, Robi Axiata Ltd., IPDC Finance Ltd., and CEAT AK Khan Ltd. Known for his strategic, commercially focused, and people-centric leadership, Mr. Sayem is set to play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and sustained growth.
